Apartment rules

• Parking: You may see that the building has a parking area, but the parking spaces are reserved for specific apartments. The door is remote controlled. In case you find it open, you should not enter with your car, as you won’t be able to exit. Parking is allowed in the spaces on the road, as seen in the following image.
• Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment or common areas of the building . You can smoke in the balcony. Ashes and cigarette butts should be disposed in the provided astray and not out of the balcony.
• Party: Any parties or gatherings with guests from other places are not allowed in this apartment.
• Off-limit: You are not allowed to enter the door behind the couch in the living room.
• Visitors: Visitors are not allowed, especially spending the night in the apartment. Maximum capacity of the apartment is 4 people.
• Noise: Please respect the quiet hours from 15:00pm to 17:30pm and 11:00pm to 08:00am. During these hours you should not making any loud noises or playing music. Also respect our neighbours and other tenants of the building.
• Laundry: You can use the washing machine to do your laundry, using the provided guide. More details on how to use the washing machine can be found here.
• Balcony: Any guests on the balcony should behave properly. Kids should not be on the balcony without adult supervision. Any dangerous activities are not allowed. Grilling food in the balcony is now allowed.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed in this property.
• Security: There is no security alarm in this apartment. You should lock all the doors before leaving the apartment. Protection of your stuff is your responsibility.
